Job Purpose:

This role focuses on direct customer acquisition for corporate salary accounts in a defined geography. You will act as a bridge between customers and the bank, ensuring the highest quality of service and product delivery. The position requires proactive engagement with prospective customers and support for Sales Managers through market feedback and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new-to-bank corporate salary customers in the identified segment and location.

• Ensure high-quality sourcing of salary accounts based on constitution, product mix, and customer profile.

• Complete account registration, activation, and funding within three months of opening.

• Promote multiple banking products at the time of onboarding (Mobile/Net banking, FDs/RDs, etc.).

• Achieve monthly acquisition targets through customer needs analysis and effective selling.

• Support Sales Manager in mapping catchment areas and identifying business opportunities.

• Provide feedback on customer requirements and market insights.

• Ensure compliance with internal KYC, onboarding, and regulatory guidelines.

• Promote cross-sell opportunities such as family accounts and other financial products.

• Address customer queries proactively and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:

• Engineering / Technology

• Commerce / Arts / Science / Maths / Biology

• Business / Computers / Management

Experience:

0–2 years of relevant experience in sales, acquisition, or customer service preferred.
